The love I have for this waffle truck grows a little more every time I devour one of these amazing waffle creations. The waffle itself is made from a dough, yup a dough. It's crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Homemade whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and biscotti drizzle are my toppings of choice. You won't find butter and syrup for these waffles. It's definitely worth the drive! Since it's a food truck, they travel to different parts of Utah allowing all to try their delicious creations.
